Don’t be a halloween meanie, be pumpkin’d!
Remember to COMPOST your used ghoulish pumpkins, and why not try rescue some of the ghoulish remains – pumpkin seeds are super nutritious, super easy to save and delicious sprinkled on top of soups or as snacks!
Scooby Snacks Recipe:- Just separate them from each other and lay on a tray (you don’t have to remove all of the flesh around them), season with salt, pepper, chilli flakes and paprika, add some soy sauce if you like, and stick them in the oven till dried. (why not stick them in alongside your pumpkin)
10 – 20 mins later or so, they’re ready! They’ll keep for a good few days – a week in an airtight container if dried properly.
