Hey Folks!
We’re Springing back from a Winter hibernation with an
OPEN meeting! Pruning, Foraging & Catching Up!
All welcome!
Fir Tree Pub on Iffley Road: map here!
8pm – 9:30pm tomorrow, Tues 7th Feb.
Happy Spring-times, as Imbolc, the gaelic festival, marks the beginning of Spring) has brought longer hours of day-light, bird-song and more sunshine!
This also means PRUNING season and FORAGING season are nearly here! As well as a new spring in our step for our food-shares, socials and cooking with surplus for various projects. (we just did a cooking with surplus for the masses skill-share on Sunday with the Oxford Food Surplus Café!)
So whether you’re a newbie, a regular or haven’t joined us for a while, it’d be lovely to have you join us in the Fir Tree Pub at 8pm tomorrow, Tues 7th Feb for a catch up, a chat to start organising pruning skill-shares (if you know of fruit (especially apple) trees that could do with a pruning, let us know!) and
Hope to see you tomorrow evening or perhaps at the base of a tree / up in the boughs of a tree one weekend soon!
Gluts of love,
Abundance Oxford
