All welcome to join a free cook-up of apples harvested from a college accommodation garden and also from across Oxford!
Students, Local residents and visitors all encouraged to come see what we do and get stuck in! No prior knowledge necessary, but if you have some good recipes or spices to add to jams, then please do bring them along!
This is very much a mixture of lovely people, getting creative with apples together and it doesn’t matter what brings you to Oxford, you are very welcome to join in!
– bag to take away any surplus apples that need using up quickly
– any scraps of fabric, wool or ribbon to help decorate jars if you have any
– any spices you want to try adding to apple jam/sauce
– yourselves [most importantly!] & a colleague/housemate/friend!
You can take away a jar of cooked-up apple goodness for a small donation too, whatever you can afford.
The Hatch Space is a about half way down Little Clarendon Street; at number 38, the building with the big glass windows.
