Sunday: APPLE DAY!
9:45 am – 11:00 am : APPLE PRESS SET UP, Final COOKING {there will be morning pastries for you all!) (1hr 15, shorter stint!) [Need 3 more volunteers!]
Sunday 10:45 am – 12:15 pm APPLE PRESS final set up steps, Food serving (1hr30)
Sunday 12:00 – 13:30pm Apple Press helping, Crumble-Making, Food Serving! (1hr30)
Sunday 14:00 – 14:45 APPLE HARVEST! for more apples! off Abingdon Road
Sunday 15:30 – 16:45 Crumble Making, FIRE making, music making & coordinating! Starting some pack up.
Sunday 16:30 – 17:30 FIRE tending, helping make the musical jam / folk singing happen, more pack up, pack up cake eating (need 5 volunteers minimum!)
Sunday 16:45 – 18:00 Fire enjoying, Packing up, Eating up any leftover cake and the pack-up party cake (need 4-5 volunteers min!)
Thursday (15th):
