Abundance Social this eve (30th July), The Star, 8:30 pm – ~10:30pm

It’s a social! All welcome to come join us for a drink & a chat about all things fruit & veg: harvesting, preserving, food waste & beyond. We’ll be easy to find, no worries.
It’s our first social in a while too and you’re all more than welcome to come and find out more about what we do, or get stuck back in if you’ve been away for a while, or just to meet some lovely folks! This evening from 8:30pm in The Star!
The Star is here, just off South Park, and has a lovely garden for if the sun sticks around. (but bring some warm clothes!)

“Tandem” Celebration & Open Meeting, Weds 5th August
Did you come to Tandem Festival or help out at all during the festival? The Tandem Collective would love to see you on Weds 5th August for an update on what we’re getting up to, to find out what you can help out with the next events put on, and also to celebrate a great festival!

Ethical & Sustainable Food Shopping in Oxford
If you’ve been enjoying the cherries to forage across Oxford right now, but are looking for a bigger variety of food for your sustenance, don’t forget that Oxford has a plethora of farmers markets, in all corners of Oxford to shop in during the weekend: and, especially if you buy local, seasonal produce, you may find that the prices are very comparable to supermarket prices!

The Cultivate Veg Van is also out and about from Thursday evening onwards! Why not pop in there (it’s on Magdalen Road outside the Rusty Bike pub from 4pm – 7pm) before coming to our social in The Star (you’re allowed to take food into the Star). The Cultivate van has got bread, honey, eggs alongside a whole load of lovely organic n local veg & fruit!
